About Zia Inspection Associates
Our Mission
Zia Inspection Associates is a mortgage field services inspection and insurance survey company founded in 2008. We provide field inspection services to mortgage companies, regional banks, and national inspection companies across multiple states.
Zia Inspection Associates also provides insurance surveys to several insurance carriers providing both residential and commercial surveys.
Our sub-contractors are professional, reliable, and always strive to efficiently complete the work orders assigned to them. Our quality control team reviews all incoming work, and makes sure it meets our client’s guidelines and standards of excellence before it is submitted.
